Q: my pathology report says i have idc but allso says i have focal ductal carcinoma in-situ
LaDonna, that's fairly normal. You can have two kinds of breast cancer at once. The DCIS is less serious than the IDC, a pre-cancer, really. Have you read our IDC FAQS? I think you'll find them helpful. Good luck with treatment - and stay connected here, OK? PJH
