Memory and concentration problems after chemo are not unusual.  Numbness from Taxol, called neuropathy, can also start after the treatment is over.  Talk to your oncologist about your pain because he or she will want to evaluate what is going on to make sure that you don't have a cancer recurrence.  Once you are sure that none of these symptoms indicate a recurrence, you can move to treating your pain.  In my case, a neurologist was more knowledgeable about treatments for neuropathy than the oncologist.  You could also consider asking for a referral to a pain clinic.

Don't just silently endure.  While some of these problems may turn out to be long-term, there are lots of treatments that should be able to help, and the sooner you start treatment, the more likely you are to get relief.
