Hi Lilly - Since your skin has been this way for years, it wouldn't have anything to do with cancer. Have you ever asked your doctor about it? If you have a yearly physical, you probably have your breasts examined, right? Next time, ask your doctor what s/he thinks caused this discoloration; just for interest's sake, it might be nice to know. But as far as breast cancer goes - unless it changes (your breast seems infected – red, hot, swollen, painful, itchy; or you feel a lump), then I wouldn't worry about it – cancer changes and grows, and it doesn't sound like this discoloration is doing that. Take care- PJH
