Q: I have a pain in my right breast all most near the center but like a half an inch from the center

of my chest. I almost passed out last week when this pain hit me. I'm really worried please tell me what this is

Gosh, sounds very uncomfortable. Doesn't sound like a breast cancer symptom, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't get it checked out. Could by a nerve issue, or...? At any rate, you don't need to just put up with pain. Please see a doctor and have this assessed. Good luck - PJH

Where we feel pain isn't always where it starts.  I had pain in my breast that turned out to be referred pain from my ribs.  Check out this link to costochrondritis and see if the description fits your symptoms.  I'm sure there are many other possible causes of the pain you are feeling, including breast, heart, or lung issues.  I agree with PJ that you should get this checked out if it continues.
