Lilly, having a lumpy breast at your age is quite common; please read our post on fibrocystic change, which will explain all about the various types of lumps you might feel; and whether/when to see a doctor. The challenge is to identify lumps that are there on a regular basis, even if they grow larger and smaller during your cycle. Those lumps are fine; it's a new lump, one that doesn't change (or only grows larger), that you should worry about.

As for the moles on your nipple, perhaps you should ask your GP about these. If they're new, they qualify as a breast change, and should be checked out. Good luck - PJH
