I found a lump on my right breast, right over the pink of my nipple.

I found a lump on my right breast, right over the pink of my nipple. It feels like a tiny little pea. its a perfect round. i can grab it an like pull it and stuff. im 17 and i know its very young to worry about it but i am. I noticed it about a month and a half ago. i can see it...
