Q: I have red pimple on the aereola on my right breast. It is tender and causing some discomfort. Could it be a sign of breast cancer or just any ordinary pimple or boil??

Pam, it's most likely it's an ordinary infection of some kind. There are oil glands all around your nipple, and sometimes they get blocked, just like those on your chin and nose. Apple warm, moist compresses, and keep your eye on it; if it doesn't seem to be getting better within a couple of days (or certainly if it seems to be worsening quickly), best to see a doctor. You may need some antibiotics. Good luck - PJH
