Stacy, try not to get ahead of yourself on guessing what this is.  It may well be scar tissue or some other benign problem.  What is your doctor's follow-up plan for checking this out?  I'm sure you remember how worried you were before you got the pathology report back showing that the first lump was benign.  In the 20 years since then, I bet you've developed a lot of resources for coping with medical problems.  Stay with the process until you are confident that this area has been correctly diagnosed.  I'm hoping you get good news.
