Q: My nipples have extremely itchy, painful and they burn i am at my wits end here. I put cream on them
Hi - Have you recently changed laundry soap or shower gel? Your nipples are very sensitive, and can react to small changes in their environment. Since you're talking about both nipples, this is almost certainly not anything related to breast cancer, which nearly always appears in just one breast at a time. Sounds like you need to go see a doctor. Good luck - PJH
