Q: I am 68 years old and taking tamoxifen after masectomy for 6 months with no chemo/rads after 5 years am I free of getting cancer in any other part of the body

No, there's no time limit for breast cancer spreading. However, it does become much more likely to see any spread after 5 years; and after 20 years, it's almost unheard of. Without your having to have chemo, I'd assume it hadn't yet shown any signs of spreading outside your breast; this is good, as it significantly reduces the chances of it having spread elsewhere.
