i have a small red lump on left breast n it feel warm and painful should i go to the doctor or wait

Gabby, sounds like you might have an infection starting - if it doesn't subside in a couple of days (or if it gets noticeaby worse), then yes, you should see a doctor to get it looked at. Good luck - PJH
