Hi -Sounds like you've got a significant infection going on there. Usually, breast cancer doesn't present itself suddenly and painfully like that under your arm - it's a more gradual, painless process. I think you should go to the doctor and have it looked at and treated; whatever it is needs to be assessed. Good luck - PJH
