I had breast cancer in my right breast in Oct. 1980 and had it removed by a modified radical mastectomy.  Took chemotherapy for 12 months which was the procedure at that time. Had checkups every year, etc.  This past spring I started itching on the left side of the removed breast in the center of my chest between the breasts and it became red and purple. Went to my chemo doctor and he ordered a biopsy and sure enough it was the same type of breast cancer I had in 1980. Re-occuring after a thirty year absence. Now on a hormone type daily prescription to hopefully control it from spreading. Time will tell!
