im 16 years old & found a lump in my breast and have an inverted nipple?!

Im only 16 years old and recently found a lump in my breast. it is very sore and seems to be gettin slightly bigger. another thing i noticed was that my nipple is inverted? but only in one breast? im a bit embarrest to go to the doctors and wondered if you could give me any advice?
