Hi there,

First of all, most lumps and bumps women get are completely benign. Secondly, breast cancer at your age is quite rare.

It is always a good idea to bring these kinds of changes to a doctor's attention, though. Why not make an appointment with your GP?

However, you should know that a two week wait to see a doctor is not so long, except for the toll it could take on you piece of mind.

Good luck with this and with the pregnancy (and do stay in touch)-

Laurie

I understand your worry. I found 2 lumps under my arm and one in my breast when my baby was 7 months old. I was considered young, and was pushed off for 2 months by my doctor despite my insistance that I get a mammogram or ultrasound.  See your gp and INSIST ASAP that you get checked. Hopefully it is nothing, if it is something you want to find babies and were treated, not to worry.  BE YOUR OWN ADVOCATE. unfortunately i have met more and more younger women with this disease. The sooner you catch it, the better.  If it is breast cancer, it means it is in your lymph nodes...so check and then deal with the positive/negative results. DON'T WAIT! good luck
