Hi - A year-long rash wouldn't be a breast cancer symptom. But since you've now found a lump in your breast, you need to have it examined by a doctor. Please call and make an appointment; anytime you feel a lump, one that doesn't come and go in synch with your period, you need to make sure it's not cancer. Good luck - PJH

If you still have the rash under your breast, ask your doc for 200mg of diflucan one taken twice weekly, it will clear it up in days, best wishes to you
