Hi - At your age, brest cancer would be very, very rare indeed; and tingling isn't a typcial breast cancer syptom, nor is choking when lying down. However, any change in your breast's appearance, if it lasts longer than 1 month, should be checked out - even at your age. It's a general rule of thmub you'll follow your whole life. And, since you do have a family history of breast cancer, you need to take this rule seriously.

So, if the indentation and swelling last longer than a month - or if the swelling gets worse quickly - do get checked by a doctor, OK? As I said, it's very unlikely these would be breast cancer signs, but you do need to rule it out. Best of luck to you - PJH

Checking with a doctor is probably a good idea because of the arm swelling and choking when lying down.  This doesn't sound like breast cancer, but it might be a circulation or lung problem.  You have an unusual collection of symptoms that might not be related, but each by itself can be related to potentially serious problems.  Having four children in a row may also be contributing to some hormonal issues.  Don't panic.  There are plenty of possible causes for these symptoms that are not serious, but you will feel better when you know what the underlying problem is.
