Toufic, thank you for writing.  Although your wife's cancer is aggressive, there is every reason to hope that she will recover from her treatments and live to be an old lady.  Of course, cancer is a serious disease, and sometimes it does come back; but treatment with chemo, surgery, and radiation offers her an excellent chance to live out her normal life span.

I'm not familiar with ne+++.  That may be a translation issue.  See our information about reading a pathology report and see if you see some terms that sound like they might fit.  (I'm guessing that ne+++ might be what is usually referred to in the US as Her2neu positive, but that's just a guess.)

It can take a while to get back full use of the arm after a mastectomy, but if it's been more than three weeks, ask your wife's doctor about exercises to help her.  A physical therapist may also have some ideas about the best exercises.  If she can move her arm, but not her hand, talk to the doctor right away.  That would be unusual, and might be a signal of a problem that needs attention.  I wish you both the best as she goes through treatment and recovery.
