Hi - Whether or not your wife will be able to get pregnant in the future depends on whether the shemo puts her into permanent menopause. Chemo often makes a woman's periods stop; the younger the woman, the more likely it is her periods will resume. Your wife is young, so hopefully she'll begin menstruating again, and will be able to have children. Of course, this also depends on whether her oncologist believes it would be best for her to suppress her estrogen via having her ovaries out, which would prevent pregnancy; but I'm sure you'll all discuss that.
As for losing libido, it's a fairly common side effect of menopause. So again, if she starts her period again, hopefully she'll be at the same point she was prior to chemo, in that regard.
