Hi - In general, eating a typical healthy diet (lower fat, lower sugar, healthy whole-grain carbs, etc.) is the way to regain your health after chemo. You might try to boost your protein beyond what it usually is; try for lower-fat protein sources, such as low-fat dairy, skinless chicken, etc.; or perhaps a protein supplement drink. Here's a good link for nutrition issues during (and probably after) chemo. Good luck- PJH
