i'm starting to get stretch marks. i just got off the depo shot a month ago and haven't started my period yet. Could it be that im going to start my period or breast cancer?

Q: my breast and nipples feel really sore and my left breast under my nipple is always itchy.

Since you say both breasts and nipples are sore, this is almost certainly a hormonal issue, probably related to the Depo shot. It does sound like you're about to get your period. As for the itching, that could be hormonal, too; or it could be any number of other things, the least likely of which would be cancer.
