Nannette, I agree with PJ.  Make an appointment today to see the doctor.  If the swelling just started a day or two ago and if you are not running a fever, you can probably wait for the first available appointment.  If you have had the problem for longer than a menstrual cycle, then ask to be seen right away.  As PJ points out swollen lymph nodes are usually a sign of infection, but it sounds like your breast is involved too.  A swollen breast can sometimes be a sign of cancer, so be assertive about getting this checked out.
