Hi Amy - Keep your eye on it for a few days. If it doesn't go away - or if it worsens - best to see a doctor, to find out what it is. It could be any number of things; a heat rash, fungal infection, a change in laundry detergent or shower gel... the least likely possibility is probably breast cancer. Still, this qualifies as a breast change, so it's good to be diligent. In the meantime, please read our post on IBC. Good luck - PJH
