Im 41 and have fairly large breasts, on my right one towards the middle I have notice a pimple size lump that doesnt look like a pimple. I have squeezed it and had discharge from it. It's now 4 weeks and it's getting larger but not painful. I dont have insurance any ideas what this may be.
