Yes, Janet, since Arimidex totally blocks your estrogen, and estrogen helps keep your hair thick and shiny and healthy, hair thinning is indeed associated with Arimidex; as is, unfortunately, growth of facial hair, since you have more circulating male sex hormones on Arimidex. I don't believe there's much you can do about this, other than somethng a dermatologist might recommend for hair thinning; or going off Arimidex... Sorry! PJH
