Hi Sydney - Please read our post on fibrocystic change. Since you mention "lumps," this is most likely what you're dealing with. It's quite common in women under 40 years old. This post will tell you all about how to distinguish the different types of lumps you might feel in your breast. If, after reading the post, you feel that you might have a suspicious lump, please see a doctor; that's the only way to rule out breast cancer. ood luck - PJH
