Q: my right breast started some itching and soreness at the tip of the nipple after taking celeabrex for several days, could this be assoated?

It is possible they are related, but I would think an allergic reaction to the Celebrex would be more general.  If you stop the Celebrex and the itching gets better, you will know there is a connection.  If the itching and soreness last longer than a month, it might be a breast problem, not a medication problem.  Call the doctor right away if the symptoms get worse or if they last longer than a month.  The doctor who prescribed the Celebrex needs to be notified just in case there is a connection.  Your dosage might need adjusting.
