Hi - Could be a minor infecton; could be irritation from clothing, or from a new type of laundry detergent. it doesn't sound like a breast cancer symptom, as generally breast cancer is painless. However, some rare kinds of breast cancer are associated with pain. Since this issue is bothering you, best to go see a doctor, OK? Good luck. - PJH
