my babys is 10 months old and the doc. sent her to check her breast nodule what is tha?
my baby is 10 month old and found the she have a bum in her breast and the doctor sent her to do a blood work for breast nodule. what is breast nodule? the doctor said the maybe to much hormones because i give her breast milk

Hi - A nodule is a small mass of tissue, a place where cells have clumped together to form a little knot. I'm glad your doctor is finding out what it is; sounds like you have a good pediatrician! I wouldn't worry about cancer if I were you; my understanding is that 10 months is WAY too young to have breast cancer. I'm sure (s)he'll fill you in about the cause once the blood work is done.
