Hi Dorothy! Whether it's considered a breast lump or a possible inflamed lymph node your best bet would be to have a doctor look at it - as they can do not just a mammo, but an ultrasound or other diagnostic tests to determine if it's a cyst -or something fluid filled or solid. Lumps should always be taken seriously and checked out, because even if it's nothing it's still something that they can check out and get baseline info for to use in the future.  Plus it will ease your worrying and make you feel better. So go through your provider list - most doctors will try to get you in asap to get it checked. Good luck! Angi
