Hi - Aromasin is what's called an aromatase inhibitor. It's given to breast cancer sruvivors with estrogen-receptive cancer, usually for 5 or more years, to prevent recurrence. I'd ask your doctor (or the patient's doctor) about anti-nausea drugs; there are very good ones available for chemo now,and theymight work against Aromasin as well. Good luck -PJH
