Hi again Stepaheda - I guess Angi isn't around. Again, I'm not at all familiar with implants (I had a TRAM-flap), but I believe there's a valve, and the saline goes in through a tube. I imagine somehow there has to be an injection, because how else would they get the solution in? I would assume it's not a hospital stay, and I'm sure they'd provide you with pain meds. Sorry for the scanty info., but I hope all goes well tomorrow -PJH
