very week and shakey when standing, get out of breath easy, lump in left breast

i amvery tired, everyday for months, when i stand i get shakey and feal weak. i had headaces for years and have been taking ultracet for years. sometimes 12 a day. i have had a lump in my breast for 2 yrs, i had been told to have it taken out by doctor to find out what it is, but i did not. this…
