Hi - You should always be concerned enough about breast changes to keep your eye on whatever's happening. If the discharge is bloody; or if it gets worse - if your breast seems infected (hot, swollen, red, painful, itchy), then see the doctor ASAP. But hopefully its a minor infection affecting your underarm lymph nodes, and will abate on its own. Please read our post on nipple discharge for information that will help you decide whether/when to see a doctor about this, OK? Good luck - PJH
