Unfortunately, anything is possible, Courtney. Did an oncologist (cancer doctor) tell you you have stage IIB breast cancer? If so, then I wish you all the best as you go through treatment. If you've read about cancer symptoms and have self-diagnosed that you have it, please read our letter to teens, and our teen guide to breast development. I think both of those posts will make you feel better. If you're still worried, please speak to someone - the school nurse, perhaps, if you're embarrassed to talk to your parents. Stress isn't good for the system, and you need to share your thoughts with someone older, hard as it is to open up. Good luck - PJH
