Hi Tina - Itchiness in both breasts, while annoying, would almost certainly not be a breast cancer symptom. Breast cancer very seldom presents symptoms in both breasts at once. Ditto the weight gain - if both breasts are larger, this is probably due to weight gain. Please read our post on nipple issues; it will give you the information you need to decide whether/when to see a doctor about this. Good luck - I hope it abates soon. PJH
