Q: I have small, little bumps on both nipples?

i have had them for as long as i can remember. i am 13 now. but they don't hurt or itch. they are just there. but they are annoying to know that they are there. do you know how to get rid of it? or even just know what it is? or is it normal?

Don't worry, this is normal. Unless they itch, hurt, get scabby/scaly, or othrwise change, just live with them; most women have them. Take care - PJH

What happens if they do get scabby or scaly? It seems like my skin is flaking off on my nipples where these new bumps have accured?

You'd probably want to see a doctor for some treatment. Perhaps s/he'd be able to give you some ointment to calm this down, whatever it is. Good luck - PJH
