Hi - At your age, and since you're a male, breast cancer would be almost impossible. I'm guessing this is part of puberty; your breasts are growing, and that involves some natural lumpiness. So please don't worry about cancer; but if this is really bothering you, how about asking your school nurse? I know it's embarrassing, but maybe less embarrassing than your parents? Good luck - PJH

Could also be related to drinking, smoking and drugs. Lots of teen boys who do theses things often get lumps in the breast right where you are describing around the nipple area  and behind. Usually about the size of a quarter. When the teens stop drinking, smoking and using drugs it usually goes away after a couple weeks when its out of your system. Talk to your primary care physcian more about it, I'm sure they will tell you the same

While drinking, smoking and drugs are injurious to your health in a number of ways, I've never heard that they cause breast lumps in young men; I'd question this information... PJH
