Hi - At your age, and since you're a male, breast cancer would be almost impossible. I'm guessing this is part of puberty; your breasts are growing, and that involves some natural lumpiness. So please don't worry about cancer; but if this is really bothering you, how about asking your school nurse? I know it's embarrassing, but maybe less embarrassing than your parents? Good luck - PJH
