Gagandeep, you can read more about nipple discharge at this link. Follow the pattern of your pain and heaviness to see if it follows your menstrual cycle. Tenderness before a period is not unusual. Your symptoms are not typical breast cancer symptoms, but checking with a doctor would be a good idea in case some other underlying problem is causing the symptoms.
