Is it a bad sign if I see the dimple in my breast grow bigger?

Is it my imagination or can a dimple in the breast increase in size over time and if so, is this bad? What started out as a dimple to the lower right of the breast now seems to be affecting the lower part of the nipple and causing it to start to dimple in. Please tell me this is my...
