Hi - Only you can assess if it's your imagination making it seem the dimple is growing and changing the shape of your breast. If it IS growing - then yes, you should be concerned. Please call and make an appointment with your doctor, as any breast change that's progressive needs to be assessed. This could be a growing cyst, fibroid, or tumor — benign, or not. Now's the time to figure out what it is, and deal with it; don't let fear or worry stop you from making an appointment.   A mammogram would be your first step, if you haven't had one yet. But even if the mammogram shows something, and you end up having a biopsy, about 85% of biopsies don't show cancer; so the statistics are on your side.   Bottom line: Concern, yes. Panic, no.
