is it worse to have one big tumor or a few little ones scattered but in the same

general area. also my surgeon says he wants to give me a ultrasound of the lymphnodes to see if any thing is identified he says my mri shows lymph nodes but there is nothing suspious. should i be worried about the ultrsound?
