Hi - I'm thinking that it's probably latent scar tissue, maybe some nerve involvement - scar tissue can develop way after the fact sometimes. Breast cancer is nearly always painless, especially if you feel a lump. But, as with any breast lump, you should get it checked out, OK? Maybe they can do something to relieve your discomfort.
