I am 51 y.o, had a total hystorectomy 4 yrs ago, am on Menest (HRT). I have fibrocystic breast disease (hereditary). I take calcuium centrum daily.  I am unemployed & have VERY little $ & no insurance. I live in Boca Raton, FL.  I have faxed the requried data to the Kolman Center here 3X, to no avail.  Any suggestion or referrals?  Thanks so much.  (& thanks to PJ).
