its on my left breast it only that one it feels like i have a ball the size of a penny inside to the right of my breast it hurts when i touch it not alot but does cause pain ,on my nipple it also looks like im getting a rash

Hi Karen - At your age, breast cancer is nearly impossible; please read our letter to teens for reassurance about this. Lumpy breasts are VERY common; our guide to breast development will tell you all about this, too.
However, you might have a small infection going in the milk ducts right under your nipple, since you say your nipple seems to be changing appearance. Keep your eye on this; if it doesn't go away in a few days (or certainly if it gets worse), please see a doctor. You'd want to get to the root of it and get some treatment, OK? Good luck - PJH
