I don't want to scare you but I have just been diagnosed with breast cancer and there are swolen lymph nodes in my armpit. They got larger when I was healing from a biopsy of the breast, so if you have some sort of infection (as in a breast infection or mastitis) they could just be swollen, doing their job. I would surely get them checked out. Mine are not that big though.
