Hi Jo - Unfortunately, many of us experience joint and bone pain from Arimidex; it's probably the most common side effect. And there's no silver bullet to relieve the pain 100%. Personally, I found that exercise first thing in the morning helped loosen/warm me up, and seemed to help with the pain. Other than that, try whatever painkiller your doctor recommends: Tylenol, or the like. Readers, I now so many of you have dealt with this - any suggestions for Jo? PJH
