Is a dull, persistent pain in the breast a symptom of anything to worry about? nothing visible.

I am 60 years of age and have not experienced pain like this before. I cannot detect any lumps.

Hi J - In general, pain in the breast isn't a breast cancer symptom. At your age, getting regular mammograms (once a year) is the best thing you can do to identify any issues. However, since the pain seems to be bothering you, why not go get it checked out? Maybe something can be done to take it away. Best of luck - PJH
