My sister has breast ca. metz. to the bones and lung...

She has been on arimidex since May 09 and is now daily vomiting {dry heaves} and is losing wt.  She has no appetite and is tired all the time. I'm wondering if she is just sick with something else or if this is from the ca.  She sees her onc. on the 12th. Thank you for any help. Carol
